We think a bit differently, Newlands Group believes that we learn through failure, however, just to be clear, that doesn’t mean that we head out or plan to fail…. far from it! Learning from failure means that we fail together as a team and through that we learn as a team, nobody intentionally sets out to fail but we must embrace this. A great man (Thomas Edison) said: “I have not failed; I’ve found 10,000 ways that don’t work!”
So…. with a that in mind, if failing is a tool to success, would we be right when we say that there are no limits to what we can achieve and further, the only limits are what we put on ourselves?
Why are we talking about this?
The region is bubbling with opportunities, new jobs in Wind Renewables, Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, the Competition and Markets Authority, Office of National Statistics, HM Treasury and Department for International Trade all moving to the Northeast. Teesside Airport and Freeport are expanding and improving travel connections which has already triggered additional investment and growth plans. With so much on the horizon, we can only be excited about what’s ahead of us, which means we will get things wrong but will learn and develop as we move forwards… Together.
