Nicola has 25 years experience in sales, operational and customer experience roles. More recently, she has focussed on project management, including business start ups, sales and marketing strategy and internal process review and refinement. In her role as Group Operations Director, Nicola uses her wealth of managerial skills and analytical thinking to promote operational effectiveness, efficiency and quality across the company. She supports legislative and contractual compliance and drives continuous improvement.

Steven has over 20 years of experience supporting adults within home care. He began as a care assistant and has progressed all the way to the position of Regional Manager and has successfully held CQC registered managerial positions since 2010, in both domiciliary and Extra Care.

Whilst working as a supervisor (admin based) for a Care Company, Michelle discovered her passion for care and has never looked back, holding several posts in Care, including Operations Manager, Area Manager as well as several positions as a Registered Manager
