Managing Director, Lisa, is an experienced and driven professional with a wealth of business start-up experience. She has extensive knowledge of HR, Accounts, Finance and Business Management.
Nicola Crowther
Group Operations Director
Nicola has 25 years experience in sales, operational and customer experience roles. More recently, she has focussed on project management, including business start ups, sales and marketing strategy and internal process review and refinement. In her role as Group Operations Director, Nicola uses her wealth of managerial skills and analytical thinking to promote operational effectiveness, efficiency and quality across the company. She supports legislative and contractual compliance and drives continuous improvement.

Regional Manager
Steven has over 20 years of experience supporting adults within home care. He began as a care assistant and has progressed all the way to the position of Regional Manager and has successfully held CQC registered managerial positions since 2010, in both domiciliary and Extra Care.

Stephen is a dedicated Business Manager with 13+ years specialising in Industrial, Transport, and Logistics. He has cultivated a vast network and partnered with a wide range of clients, from large enterprises to SMEs. He is genuinely passionate about my work and constantly seek opportunities for growth.
Michelle Broom
Registered Manager
Michelle has worked in the Care Sector for over 20 years. Whilst working as a supervisor (admin based) for a Care Company, Michelle discovered her passion for care and has never looked back, holding several posts in Care, including Operations Manager, Area Manager as well as several positions as a Registered Manager

Victoria has a long history of experience in day care, Vickie’s fresh approach to how we work, and what we do for our members has been excellent. Vickie maintains a strong focus on helping people to live healthy, fulfilling lives and is dedicated to members being: Independent, Successful and Creative.

Julie brings nearly two decades of accounts experience to the Group, with a background that spans the manufacturing/engineering sector as well as administrative roles within the NHS—ranging from local hospitals to community settings. This diverse experience equips her with the skills to effectively oversee the entirety of group finances.

Helen boasts over a decade of invaluable experience in recruitment, having served within both independent and global enterprises. Prior to joining us, she contributed her expertise to the financial services and insolvency sectors for several years.
