ABOUT
WHY CARE MATTERS
- With standards of care often different dramatically from provider to provider, we have always strived to deliver consistency and quality in our services
- Appreciating that everyone’s experience of life, and therefore care, is unique, each care plan is completely person-centred to meet the needs of the individual
- This means that whether several hours each week, or 24/7 support is required, we are able to provide the support, and staff required to make the process manageable, and as comfortable as possible
- CQC registered, and led by experienced registered managers and coordination staff, we set high standards of safety and service at every level of the business.
WHAT WE DO
- Provide affordable, quality care services within each town and city we operate in, and many surrounding areas
- Specialise in both essential, day-to day care-in-the-home, and more complex care services
- Provide opportunities for people to enhance or start a career in the sector, gaining qualifications and undergoing continuous training along the way
- Promote the value of person-centred care services throughout the business, ensuring that every individual and family receives the support they need, when they require it.
